As a new brewery on the scene, times are exciting for a number of reasons. Our dreams and goals are being realised and the support of all who encounter Fish Rock beers is phenomenal. One major bonus of promoting our beers are the fun events and beer launches we organise. During these promotional events we have managed to meet quite a lot of fun-loving people who have been very excited by our beer's unique flavour. Here is an overview of the events we have organised or been invloved in so far, and a big thanks to each of these venues for helping us out: Australian Beer Awards 19th September 2006 Leather Jacket Lager wins Best Australian Lager at the 2006 Australian Beer Awards. Click here to download our Press Release: Fishrock Wins Gold! Swiss Grand 14th January 2006 A huge turnout at the Deck bar at the Swiss Grand Hotel in Bondi Beach. The event was accompanied by the super sounds of Bongo Benny and the Mermaid Quartet and DJ Phill E Brown. Big brother Logon also came along for a couple of beers. Pier 26 5th of December 2005 Fish Rock's First Release of the Leather Jacket Lager to responsive beer lovers in Darling Harbour. The Australian Hotel - October long weekend 2005 The First Release of Fish Rock Beer, the Red Emperor Amber Ale at the Inaugural Beer Festival at the Australian Hotel. Fish Rock Won the People's Choice Award for best Stall at the Show. Make sure you keep checking in for updates, just in case there is a launch near you. You wouldn't want to miss out on all the fun!
