They created a unique range of premium preservative free beers using a blend of crisp southern highland spring water, estate grown hops, and the finest malted barley. Over the years they perfected their craft and recipes, brewing enough beer to last throughout vintage and the many fishing expeditions to "Fish Rock". Fish Rock beer is brewed under the Reinheitsgebot law of beer brewing. This is the name for the Bavarian Purity Law of 1516, where beer is brewed using only four ingredients: malted barley, hops, yeast, and water. No preservatives are used; which means all-natural flavours and no headaches. The Fish Rock selection holds the beautiful mermaid motif and uses iconic Australian fish to represent the individual beers of the hand-crafted preservative free range.
